Melinda has lived and worked in the DC Metro area most of her life. She attended Old Dominion University and is currently pursuing a degree in the Organizational Leadership at Penn State’s World Campus. Prior to entering real estate Melinda was the Director of National Staffing at an Internet consulting firm in Reston, VA. Her primary function was to negotiate the company’s outsourcing contracts. While working at this technology firm she used and learned about the most technologically advanced techniques to market anything from clothing and cars to residential and commercial real estate.
